At our beautiful community in Springfield we offer several floor plan options for our senior residents. Each floor plan can accommodate single or married residents and feature modern and senior-friendly interior design to fit your budget and preferences. Our living spaces all include kitchenettes with our Cottages having full kitchens. Also upgraded appliances and individually controlled heating and air-conditioning units. Our Independent living apartments are pet-friendly and feature bathrooms designed for safety and comfort.

I LOVE Timber Pointe. My grandmother in-law live there and she receives the best care! The staff is so friendly and professional. The living quarters are very open and spacious yet cozy and inviting. I attended a wonderful Valentine's Day lunch at Timber Point yesterday. The community was bustling with happy residents and their families enjoying a special meal together. There was live music, festive ballons, and fresh flowers all around the community.
